Do you agree with the NCAA that anyone who is represented by an agent is a professional athlete?

Even if the agent does not get them any endorsements, team contracts, etc and gives them no financial benefits from the agent Finally do you agree with the NCAA that an agreement that is made orally although doesn’t hold up in court still makes that athlete a professional?
